qiibee’s Q2 Product Update: Enhancing Your Loyalty Program Experience
Over the past quarter, we have been hard at work enhancing our Loyalty Admin Dashboard (LAD) with new features and integrations. Whilst also working on expanding partnerships globally and with that our loyalty ecosystem.
Here’s a rundown of what’s new:
1. Cashback Feature
Expansion: Loyalty Admin Dashboard (LAD) and Loyalty White-Lable Apps (LWA)
Brands can now offer their members more ways to earn loyalty points. Every purchase made at selected shops translates into points, creating a win-win situation for both brands and loyalty program members. Brands gain LAD Credits, while customers enjoy the thrill of earning points equivalent to their cashback.
This feature is flexible and user-friendly. Brands can easily toggle the cashback option on and off, tailoring their loyalty program to their needs. For customers, the Loyalty White-Label App (LWA) becomes a hub of opportunities, displaying the cashback option and providing a search bar and filters to easily navigate the selected shops. Currently available in the US, with plans for European expansion, our cashback feature is set to make loyalty programs more engaging and rewarding than ever before.
2. Buy Points Feature
Expansion: Loyalty Admin Dashboard (LAD) and Loyalty White-Lable Apps (LWA)
Loyalty members are now provided the option to purchase points directly in the LWA, which can be used to obtain rewards or NFTs. Buying points is currently possible with a credit card, while further options are being explored for future updates on this feature.
The brand benefits from this update as the funds received from selling the points can cover the costs on the redemption side. Additionally, the brand can enable or disable the ‘buy points’ option for its users through the Loyalty Admin Dashboard (LAD).
The addition of buying points to all the other earn options available allows users to directly and immediately get the points they need for that desired item in the redemption shop.

Your feedback will help us decide which brands to prioritize for future integration.

We are always looking for ways to enhance our dashboard with your favorite third-party tools and earning options.

5. Renault Italia Loyalty Program

We are proud to introduce re-w@rd, a new customer engagement loyalty program created especially for Renault Italia. This innovative project blends a blockchain-based loyalty program with Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), offering customers a dynamic rewards experience, robust digital security, and unmatched exclusivity.
6. Expanded Crypto Portfolio

We are committed to enriching your cryptocurrency experience. That is why we are excited to announce the integration of Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, into our marketplace. This integration brings new coins such as BNB, OG, and FAN Tokens of Man City, Barcelona, Alpine, PSG, AC Milan, and Juventus to your disposal. Plus, you can now choose between Coinbase and Binance for BTC and ETH transactions. We have also added three new tokens to our Coinbase offer: APE, SOL, and BLUR.
7. Miscellaneous

Milestones and Rewards
We have introduced a new feature that rewards you for achieving key steps in your loyalty program. For each milestone reached, you will be rewarded with 500 qiibee Reward Points (1 QRP = 1 USD) that you can exchange for exciting brand points, your favorite airline miles, and numerous cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum!
Customer Success Playbook
We have compiled a ‘Customer Success Playbook’ filled with best practices to ensure the success of your rewards exchange. We recommend using these strategies, adding your own ideas, and reaching out to us at qiibee for any extra help. Our playbook provides specific tips on enhancing your KPIs, effectively promoting your rewards marketplace across multiple platforms, and more.
Enhanced Admin Capabilities
We have made it easier for you to manage your brand details and invite team members to join the Loyalty Admin Dashboard. Plus, you can now create and manage multiple API keys after integrating with the qiibee API.
Sandbox Environment
We have launched a Sandbox Environment where you can try out each functionality of the qiibee Loyalty API before subscribing to a package. This feature allows you to test and integrate the qiibee API in a safe and controlled environment before launching it to production.
